Preliminary Plan

The City has provided the following tentative / preliminary timeline based on their current workload and projects:

• January 2025: Issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit engineering design services.

• March 2025: Review of RFP submittals/potential interviews.

• April 2025: Selection of engineering design firm. (Two of us will be involved in the selection team)

• May 2025: Commencement of engineering design

• Fall 2025: Completion of 30% engineering design

• Spring 2026: Completion of 60% engineering design

• Spring 2026: With 60% design complete, commence with property acquisitions and environmental review

• Spring 2026 – Spring 2027: Property (ROW) acquisitions

• Summer 2027: Completion of 90% Design

• Spring 2028: Completion of 100% design & project specifications
